Catch Me If You Can

If you are a lover of true story, smart & unpredictable story line, and first-classed actors, then you are exactly like me (we should hang out). And you're definitely going to fall in love with this movie, just like me!

It's a true story of Frank Abagnale Jr, third child of the Sr (even though in the movie he was the only one). He successfully impersonated airplane pilot, doctor, teaching assistant, and even attorney. He was also a check forger, and escaped from the police. Twice!

I'm not going to give you review of the movie, you'll find better one across the web anyway. Only suggestion to go pee and take your snacks (plenty of them) before you start to watch the movie, it's the kind that made you missed something only by blinking.

Fun facts:

• Although the movie shows Frank Abagnale Jr. as being on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List, actually in the real life, he never was

Boys Before Flower - Life Lessons

Instead of spending the weekend reading novel(s), I spent last weekend by watching none other than 'Boys before Flower'. It was recommended a 'must-seen', then I, of course must see it. After spending one and half day watching and overdosed by the sight of beautiful-guys, I spotted some life lessons that we ought to know:

• If you, by any chance, lost in the middle of the snowstorm, never worry, there's always abandoned-hut that you could use to spend the night, and of course, cozy fire and warm blanket are available
• Even when you lived in a middle of big city like Seoul, you could bump into someone you know, like your lover, your lover's lover, your long-lost-grandfather, your future mother in law, you name it! O yeah, there's a chance that you can be on TV and someone you know might spot you
• Yo ladies, during winter just wear thin jacket especially when you went out with boy(s). They are well equipped with thick-and-warm jacket and will lend it to you
• Surrounded by street gangster? Drowned at sea? Being picked-pocket? 'Super-hero' will show up and save the day
• Oh, yeah, you can 'freeze' a kiss and stay un-motioned for few seconds to look good in front of camera

Sherlock Holmes - The Movie

I've never been and never will be a big fan of Sherlock Holmes, yet still watched the movie with an expectation to enjoy the Hollywood version of it. Failed big time. Well ... :

• Downey represented a too emotional version of Holmes
• Law represented a too handsome and not-very-smart version of Watson
• The movie shows too many action-acts, bombs, and less detective-like-thinking I was hoping to see. Very different with novel-version-of-Holmes whom had been described as 'skillful in using of astute observation, deductive reasoning and forensic skills'.

Doh, I've always enjoyed the small and baldy detective namely Poirot anyway!
